Please take a few moments to read through this polite reminder of our T&C’s.
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations, otherwise a 50% charge will apply. We do not accept cancellations by email or text. This is to avoid any missed messages and cause confusion.
You must call the Salon on 0116 2788090, and leave a message. Our messaging service is on 24 hours a day.
Missed appointments will be charged IN FULL, if the appointment is over 30 minutes.
Replies cannot be sent to our reminder or marketing texts, these are generated from our computer. If you need to text us, please use our mobile number which is: 07419 374645
Children under the age of 10 are NOT under any circumstances allowed in our salon. This excludes babies in car seats, and is due to insurance purposes.
We do also ask that you refrain from bringing prams into the salon, due to our limited space.
Mobile phones must be off at ALL times in the salon.

We do not share or disclose any personal data that we hold for our clients.
Leyton Beauty Therapy obtains personal information for the purpose of being able to contact our clients in relation to appointments for the salon only. Any personal health questions are to ensure your well being and safety when administering any forms of treatment we provide.
